I will add that this has been my experiences regarding all the hardware stores in the Upper Keys but I visit this particular store much more due to convenience...and as an added bonus, a great selection of fishing lures & supplies in their new "fishing department". Excellent prices on quality items!

As a Do-It-Yourselfer, I visit this establishment (along with all the others in the Upper Keys area) with frequency. I have always been greeted with a friendly smile and almost instantaneous assistance for my needs along with pleasant conversation by the helpful staff.
Very friendly and extremely helpful. If they don't have it they know who does and will recommend. We will go out of the way to go to this location because they are very friendly, helpful and most of the time have what we were looking for.
Extremely rude and unprofessional work force. Not willing to work within the community.
It is rare to say it is fun shopping at a hardware store! But it is! Great selection and service as well!
