Great people, Great service! My boyfriend was so excited to buy the green egg bbq. He pulled up all smiles and got straight to assembling for dinner. An hour later he proudly called me downstairs to admire his work while taking pictures of the egg and sending to all his friends. Ready to cook, he lifts the lid to place the thermometer and CRASH! Went from happy to sad very fast. He then sent a picture of the broken dome to the owner who had assisted him with the purchase and followed up earlier by texting his favorite recipe. He responded immediately and reached out to his rep to replace no questions asked. An hour later my boyfriend had his new dome and we had some badass smoked chicken and sausage for dinner. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. We are more than thankful and will continue to send people your way!!
Great customer service and very helpful
Do not buy windows or doors from here. I paid in full . My sliding glass doors were installed wrong 4 days ago. The glass in one doors is cracked and both door frames are severely scratched down to the metal. The doors do not have a seal because they were installed backwards and Forest Tek will not resolve this problem.
