Office staff is uncaring and extremely rude. I tried to make an appointment bc the ER said I needed one within two days and the "lady" setting the appointment was obnoxious and trite. I have no idea how the Dr is, but if his office staff is any indication, he's horrible. It'd behoove him to hire medical professionals with compassion and manners.
