I am very disappointed with this place, very poor experience. Desk staff seemed rude and unsympathetic.
BEWARE: MD NOT PRESENT IN OFFICE UNTIL 9am EVEN THOUGH OFFICE OPENS AT 8am.
Dr. Diaz is an awesome Doctor. Regardless of what questions I have he always has an answer. He always walks through with me why he suggest something. He is very thorough. Best Doctor I've ever seen hands down.
We are on vacation. Searched for Urgent Care facilities when daughter became ill in the middle of the night. Website describes as Urgent Care open at 8am. Drove for 30 minutes so that we would arrive as business opened and be seen quickly. Arrived at 8am with my sick daughter (who had 102 temp) as office "opened" only to be told that MD is NOT present until 9am. We asked staff why this was not advertised. Was told that we "could have called ahead" for this info (remember the office just opened at 8am, so I guess they meant we could have called them yesterday before 5pm?) Was directed that we could go wait at Dunkin Doughnuts or McDonalds until doctor arrived at 9am. Desk staff seemed rude and unsympathetic. Really?! Send a sick child to a fast food restaurant to kill time?! Great public health advice! Went across street to Mariners Hospital. Was seen by MD and diagnosed before 9am!!! Stick to the hospital. Too bad there aren't many urgent care facilities in the Keys!!!
This Dr. And Staff are wonderful truly incredible people!!!! They take great care of me. I had some serious issues when I was referred to him and he reacted quickly to get me the care I needed. I will always be great full Doc for your prayers and tlc.
i think Dr. Diaz is the best I have seen he and his entire staff is on top of providing the possible care for all their patients And Dr. Bernie Ginsberg too
