My husband and I were on our way to Key West when our car broke down. God is good and it happened right across the street from Vic's. They towed our car to the shop to take a look at it. Unfortunately, the motor locked up and we had to get a tow to the dealership because it was under warranty. However, Chandra the lady at the front desk was spectacular. She helped us get a rental car and was just all around wonderful. She also went above and beyond with handling the additional tow with AAA so we could get get back on our way. We were back on the road quicker than we thought. They really made an unfortunate situation into a pleasant one. Thank you to all the friendly staff at Vic's!

We are from out of state. I stopped last year with a warning code they cleared the code told me to get a new gas cap and have a nice day. Today I went back to have a expensive repair they found a much easier fix after much time spent with no extra labor charge. Great people great service!! We brought our Envoy in because of loud clanging noises. We are from Ohio and visiting the Keys for a camping trip--that vehicle was also our bed! Vic's put it up on the lift and found the trouble right away and showed us the problem. They fixed it by the next day and got us a rental mini van in the meantime. It really saved our time in the Keys. We thought the price very reasonable. We were able to return to Ohio safe and sound and are very grateful for their workmanship and concern for our safety. We were fortunate to have found Vic's!!
