Visited six weeks after Hurricane Irma - they lost their sign, and the staff said most people didn't know they were open. I say if you want coffee and a doughnut bad enough you'll pull up and open the darn door, right? Spirits were high in the Keys despite the circumstances. They're a strong bunch.
Decent service. Decent food. Could be better maybe its the staff or management I'm not sure.
Lady at the front was rude. There were nats on the bagels.They were flying around and landing on the bagels. I told the girl and she said she didn't know what to do and finally took them off the shelf. I think I would have taken them all down, The nats just went some where else. Very bad.
Terrible customer service. Employees argue with customers about orders they never made. One one of the busiest weekends in the keys you have four people working? Great job.
