Called them about a handheld marine radio part. The manufacturer suggested them as a source. First guy on the phone seemed clueless and second guy was rude and not helpful. Was more interested is selling me a new radio than being helpful.
Im very unhappy with a particular lady behind the counter. I was barked at by this female workers dog. She approached me angry as I looked at the equipment and said she didn't know anybody was here. I told her I like to browse electronics stores and asked her what a few things were. She never answered any of my questions and told me to leave or she'd call the cops. I am very hurt and surprised by this whole ordeal. It was the most aggressive and unprofessional thing I've ever experienced.
