Islamorada Golf Carts are a very efficient, dedicated company, they take excellent care of their customers!
I could write a book on how unprofessional these guys are. My husband and I dropped off our cart for what we were told would be a "fast and easy fix" well it's been well over 3 months and we have yet to get our cart back. We've called Bob and Cheryl to no avail. She always covers for him saying "he's picking up carts or delivering carts" at this rate, he would have serviced all the carts in the state of Florida. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Extremely unprofessional company.
unprofessional Company. Not recommended. Never call you back. Their Phone is forwarded to a cell that you constantly leave voice mails on and they never return the call. Service is mediocre and suboptimal to say the least. Would not recommend them at all.
