This facility has done a complete 180 degrees turn from what it was a few years back; under Compass Healthcare now, I am so happy to see patients treated with skill and kindness, true compassion and caring. Staff and patients call each other by name, great each other with hugs, and smile at one another in passing. My mother is recovering from a stroke and I am actually able to sleep at night after seeing how many staff members are taking such skilled care of her; these folks truly love their jobs and it is obvious. This is the facility that has been needed in the Keys for ages and I'm thankful Compass has filled that need.
