Was extremely disappointed with my experience! Had originally had a contract with Dee for my wedding, who was great and made me feel very comfortable. However, she sold her business and now there is a new owner! I had to call to find out that I was working with someone else! I also made a few changes which drastically increased my price. I figured I would pay for the changes since I would be getting the results I wanted and it is also for my wedding the best day of my life! With making changes, I had to call about four times to make sure everything was as I wanted since the colors and certain flowers were not reflective of what I changed it to on the invoice! The worst part of all was on my day, when the casscading bouquet I ordered fell apart after only taking a few photos and didn't survive the ceremony! The cascading stems on the bouquet weren't even bloomed flowers at that and was small for the price I paid! Not worth the time or money!

Even though I'm six hours away, Petals With Pizzazz gives me customer service like I walked in, and personally supervised the arrangement, and the delivery; It's like being there and directly handing the flowers to your loved one. They always go the extra mile. I needed a dozen American Beauty roses and petals for a memorial service that coincided with Prom and multiple weddings. I should have ordered in advance, but when a loved one dies, some details get lost in the grief. Guess who took time out of their crazy busy schedule and made me an amazing bouquet, and stayed open so I could pick it up? Petals with Pizzazz realizes that when you send flowers, you're sending love .

I got married in April. It was a small, intimate wedding. I only needed a bouquet for myself. I met with a gentleman at the florist months prior and showed him a picture of what I wanted. I was quoted a price, which was reasonable. The day of the wedding when I saw the flowers, I was thrilled. They were so gorgeous. I couldn't have been happier with the service. I would highly recommend them.
My Bridal bouquet was made to order. Dee took the time to customize a Fall Equinox theme exactly to my specifications. The service and attention I received under the pressure to prepare my wedding in 8 days was exceptional. Love Petals with Pizzazz!
