I got a nice car from here the only problem was that when I left the lot the front bumper started falling off somebody honks at me to let me know because I didn't even realize it so then I had to pull over and drive in reverse back to the car rental it was crazy but I'm lucky to still be alive
I made my reservation the night before online. There was no wait when I arrived at the office in Tavernier, the counter woman was professional and the car was ready. She didn't offer the extra Sunpass but I recommend getting it. I believe it's about $11. I was headed toward Miami and it enabled me to drive straight through the tolls. If you use a debit card be aware you'll "get a soft hit on your credit" according to the clerk. That's not great sounding but I had no other option.
Wish I would have discovered them earlier. Family owned and operated provides top notch service in all aspects.
Down home personalized service. Great folks to work with. I used them because other car rental places in the area had not so good reviews. Glad I did. You will be too!
