PROS - Beautiful Marina views from our balcony!!! Definitely not a 4star establishment, but for the price - Perfect! This place was extremely affordable and well worth checking out.
CONS - The 2 bedroom suite felt more like being in a trailer than a suite. Toilet was plugged but maintenance was quick to respond. Dated furniture for sure with peeling laminate. And a VHS (who even has VHS tapes?) with a non-functional tv.
Definitely recommend it.

Breath taking view, absolutely perfect! The rooms are beautiful the scenery is amazing, lots to do there without leaving the parking lot. I would love to live there. Pelicans come to dock to be hand fed. The pool, bar, canoe rental very affordable. This place has everything! Best place I've ever been in my 40 yrs on earth! Stunning and affordable
Terrible hotel! Here is the list of issues: when we walked in the room, all the dining chairs were shoved into the kitchen. A table was upside down on top of the counter, full of dust as was the sprinkler system ports. There were gallons of paint in the kitchen cupboard and the bathroom itself was not very clean. The carpet had snags in it and stains. Also, there were only two towels and 1 wash cloth and upon checkout when I complained I was told they were pool towels. There was no shower mat either. All in all it was not a great experience. Would NEVER come here again. Check in lady was unfriendly and the absolute best part was the friendly female security guard that checked us in at the gate!
We're having a great time! Such a beautiful place and the room fits our needs perfectly. The bartender at the pool on Saturday was so great and helpful! I think she deserves 2 thumbs up for her service.
Grocery store, Winn Dixie, just down the street, get groceries and cook your own breakfast and enjoy the delicious Seafood restaurants. Be sure to get mosquito repellent, ouch!!
This place was so valuable, staff were so friendly and nice.
Majority of the time is away from the room so dated furniture, no sweat. Swimming pool and hot tub was huge and inviting.
